Tandoori Chicken


Ingredients (Serves 4)

250 Grams Chicken Breast

1/2 a 250 Gram Jar of Tandoori Sauce

1/2 a 250 Gram Jar of Yogurt

1 Lettuce


Pre heat oven to 190 Degrees.

In a bowl combine sauce & yogurt until you get a thin red sauce.

Place chicken flat in an oven proof dish.

Cover with sauce.

Place in the oven & cook for 45 minutes or until you see the sauce bubbling all over.

Lay chicken on a bed of lettuce.


Be careful about how much sauce you cover the chicken with, from a jar it’s hot.



Tomato, Onion & Coriander

Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 Tomatoes

1 Large Onion

1 Handful of Coriander Pepper


Finely dice all ingredients. Mix in a bowl



Ingredients (Serves 4)

1/2 a 250 Gram Jar of Yogurt

1 Large Handful of Mint

1/2 Large Lebanese Cucumber



Finely dice mint & cucumber. Mix into yogurt.
